The FXO port in my UC520 will be busy all the time even if the call is disconnected. and I have to unplug and plug it again to make a call again.
kindly heip me with a solution.

Where are you located?
Power denial and battery reversal are enabled by default on the circuit. If the provider uses either of these (most NAM providers do), the port should disconnect.
Outside of the US, a disconnect tone is more common. You should find out how your provider sends disconnects, but try configuring:
voice-port x/x
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
