Dear all
I have a CME (Cisco 4331,Version 16.09.02, CME version 12.3) installation and I am facing the following issue:
CME has a 4 FXO NIM with 3 PSTN lines on it, which works fairly well.
However, when the customer forwards the calls to his mobile from an IP Phone, the connection is made successfully but when the call is ended the FXO ports involved (1 incoming and 1 outgoing), remain active for very long time which results for these two PSTN lines to be useless all this time.
I have attached the CME configuration.
