Try removing the 'input gain 14', resetting the voice port (shutdown, no shutdown) and see if the issue improves.

Dear Jonathan

thank for your replay

actually i'm already test this, but its not help

today i'm thinking about the change the signaling from Loopstart to Ground Start, whats your opinion?? is it useful or no?

No, with groundstart it would not work at all.

You should configure cptone under voice-port.

Dear Paolo

how can i capture my CPTON to correct one, i know i can use cptone command under line and use predefined options

There are a number of predefined countrys for CPTONE. In what country do you have the system deployed?
