Fxo static noise

hi everyone.. we r facing a strange issue while using fxo to make calls... incoming and outgoing are working but there is very loud continous static distortion noise.. i tried setting different input gain output attentuation ..impedance based on test thl tone .. compand-type and other parameters..

ios is the latest

i cant understand the issue ... also the router is in different country so cant jijo the dsp card

Have you had the line checked? Many times it is the copper line itself that is the cause.

when the telephone is connected to analog phone... both incoming and outgoing are working fine.. but when using fxo card, its giving disturbance..  whats the other method to test the line ?
