FXO Voice Analog Module, simultaneous calls / conference

I have a PSTN connection to my Cisco 4000 series using FXO Voice Analog Module.

When I make a call and then try to make another call while on line for first call, it says the line busy.

I assume that I can not make more calls as it is one line and it is already in use, am I correct or there is some config to change this scenario?
I have a CUCM cluster and a Cube 4000 series.

Regards

An analogue line can only have a single call.

If you have only a single analogue line and if you are on a call, second call will give you buys.

if you have multiple analogue lines on your FXO line card ,  using proper dial-peer configurations or trunk group configuration outgoing call can be achieved even if there is an active call. But incoming to the same line will still give you busy tone.

@Nithin Eluvathingal thank you

Actually I have 3 lines, which are divided by department.

Then if I do the right config, I can use the same phone to make another call, and the call will use another available line, right?

Yes thats  Right.

Below is an example.
