If I add an FXS card into a 3845 voice router, are there any DSP consideration?

Sure. The router will allocate a certain amount of DSP resources for each analog interface on the FXS card. This allocation occurs on boot up.

Thank you for the Reply - Can you tell me how I can tell if I have enough DSP resources for this card?

You can see the number of PVDMs installed (carrier cards for DSP modules) by executing this command:
show diag | i PVDM
You can see the allocation of DSP resources using this command:
show voice dsp group all
