Ramon,
How do you plan to connect this module "EVM-HD-8FXS/DID" and which router Model?
++ You might be inserting it into router using NM or NME as EVM ports are available only on 2821 and 2851 routers:
++ In ISR G1 Routers range only 3845 is capable of OIR(Hot Swap):
++ In ISR G2 only 3900 series is capable of OIR (Hot SWAP):
Note* in ISR G2 you will have to use SRE module, in order to connect any NM/NME module.

Just to Add further:
++ The following items use OIR in the Cisco 3925 and Cisco 3945 ISRs:
•Service Modules
•Network modules
**Caution**
The Cisco 3845 and 3845-NOVPN router supports OIR with similar modules only. If you remove a network module, along with any installed WAN or voice interface cards, install another module and card combination exactly like it.
Same holds true for 3900 Series Routers.
