G729 conference without VG DSP?

Hi all, 

When doing conference with G729, Voice gateway's DSP resource is required as hardware conference.
Is it possible to use telepresence server/conductor or Cisco Media Server to replace the DSP hardware conference?

Conductor doesn't mix any media, it just manages resources, so, no.

vTP ,and I guess you actually meant Cisco Meeting Server, yes, you can review the datasheet of each product and they list the audio/video codec compatibility they have.
