Hi! I would like to seek for your help.
I would like to know if there's a way to generate a report or to know when was the last time that the Cisco Phone was registered on call manager or when was the last time that the call manager can contacted the IP Phone? The phone that I am looking for is not connected now to the network. I tried using RTMT and search for the device, but it only shows the phones that are currently connected to the network.

Hi There,
The data you are looking for can be found in the risdb on CUCM.
There are a couple articles on the support forums on how to extract this information and make it easily readable. The link below is an example of one:

Use step 1 in the reference article in order to pull the risdb data from each CUCM server and get it into a readable .csv file.
