Getting 404 error when configuring Extension Mobility

I have CUCNBE 8.5 and am configuring Extension Mobility.  I configured a Extension Mobility phone service:

http://10.100.1.20:8080/emapp/EMAppServerlet?device=#DEVICENAME# and set the Service Category to XML Service.

I have then subscribed tht phone to the service.

When I selecrt "Services" on the phone it gives the title of "Extension Mobility" but then underneith this it says HTTP Error[404].

If I paste the EM URL into a browser it says The requested resource (/emapp/EMAppServerlet) is not available.

What is causing this?

Looks like you have the correct URL configured (emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#), do you have the EM service running on the server you're going to?  At what point are you getting the 404 not found, after you press the services button and see Extension Mobility and click on it?  Also what CUCM version are you using?

Cisco Exrtension Mobility Service shows Started and Activated.

I press services, get presented with the EM Phone Service selection.  When I select the EM service I get the error.

I am on CUCMBE 8.5.

It looks like you have a small error in yours;

http://10.100.1.20:8080/emapp/EMAppServerlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

I am still getting same error. Just I want to know after I pasted this URL I have to save it. Is there any thing I have to do it from the phone
