Hi, I have a requirement here, customer wants to get the some kind of warning or notification after putting a call on hold over 1 min. Could you share with me if I can do this on CUCM and how to do that?
CUCM 7 + Unity 4.2

Hi Leo,
What many people use is Hold Reversion which ensures a call is not left on Hold/Ignore for substantial
periods of time
