I am testing out some 3rd party SIP phones and am having some trouble with the Grandstream GXP2140. I can get the phone to register, I have dial tone, but I can not dial anything with it and nothing can dial to it. I ran a packet capture of the SIP traffic and CUCM responds with a 503 Service Unavailable when it tries to set up calls (please see screenshot). Any help is appreciated.

Can you please attach the wireshark traces (instead of only screenshot)?
