GUI CME error "No free phone sequence number"

CME allowed login and changes in the GUI ,Except phone and dn

 

When i click on add gives error " "No free phone sequence number"

 

Cisco Voice Gateway 4351 ,CME 12.1 ,Cisco Phone 7821(SIP Phones)

Because you haven't configured max dn and Max ephones under Telephony service. GUI phone configuration support only SCCP.
