H.323 gateway FXO incoming calls get dropped.

Hi all,

I have a CUCM 7 and 1861 voip gateway configured in H323 mode.  Outgoing calls are working fine. However, incoming calls (which should all be forwarded to 7210) are not working. It keeps on ringing from the calling phone even after 7210 answers. After answering the call, 7210 receives a second call from the same Calling party and when he anwers for the second time the call get dropped by hearing a busy tone. In CUCM config, the router is defined and associated with a CSS able to reach 7210.

when ip phone 7910 failover SRST mode this problem disapear.

7910 and the voice gateway are communicating with G711ulaw wich sould not causing any problem

Any idea?

Hi all,

i ve just resolve the issue. I had to check "Fast Inbound Start" in the gateway configuration page. so if someone else have the same issue he can try to do so.
