h.323 gw& Invalid number format

Hello!

i have cisco2911 with 151-4.M3 IOS, gateway configured as h.323 gw on Cisco CUCM.

when i made outside call to PSTN from IP phone i got message

Invalid number format

after

TX -> INFORMATION which gw send to PSTN

       Cause i = 0x829C  - Invalid number format (incomplete number)

         Display i = 'WRONG NUMBER '

But if i push button "Redial" on IP phone call go with out problem and i don't see message

How to get rid of INFORMATION message?
