H323 Gateway and PBX call issue

Hi,

we have an issue with our H323 voice gateway connected to a Siemens PBX with an E1 cable, we can't send or receive call to or from the PBX, in attachment you can find, the isdn link status, gw configuration and the debug log for an outgoing call to the PBX directly from the router with csim start command, the analog phone number is 2234 and the prefix is 829.

Hi Youssef,

The config looks good and the right dial peer 22 is being hit for outbound leg. Can you try a no shut under the Voice service voip , serial interface 0/0/0:15 and the dial peers and test again.

It seems there is a issue at other end, so need to check with simens pbx. Do you have proper call routing configured at that end ?

the disconnect is coming from other end ie your PBX. you need to check why they are sending disconnect??

also are we having correct routing configure on the PBX side? check the called party number and look for the configuration on PBX if not correct please correct the same.

you are getting cause value 63 however I personally don't feel good way to test call with csim. can you please test actual call scenario with debug h225 asn1, h2245 asn1 , voice capi inout and isdn q931

Cause No. 63 - service or option not available. unspecified.
This cause is used to report a service or option not available event only when no other cause in the service or option not available class applies.

further you can try what manish has suggested.
