h323 gateway and unity

I have a strange problem and being new to h323 gateways its got me grasping.  Call comes in from PRI and phone rings 4 times, clicks then rings another 4 times.  This happens until eventually the call just hangs up.  Everything in the call manager appears correct but the calls never make over to unity.

Any ideas on where I should look?

Hi,

Look at your dial-peers between h323 gateway for codec settings, then look at the region between your gateway and unity connection..

When calls goes from gateway to cucm, then to unity..rtp stream will be sent directly between unity and the gateway...so you need to check your codec on your dial-peers to cicm and region configurations. between gateway and unity
