I am facing a small issue. In h323 voice gateway configure a two voip dial-peer, one voip dial-peer pointing to pub and another pointing to subscriber call manager.

When any call coming from FXO port with plar number 5997 its running on voice gateway its not ring to the end user agent phone. But when we are changing the preference to publisher will be active that time its ring to end user phone.
I check the database status on both the sever publisher and subscriber its working fine.
