HA in SRST

Hi everyone,

my customer has two routers 2921 and he asked me configure high availability between them, i configured HSRP; in CUCM i set up SRST reference to IP virtual default gateway, unfortunately this configuration doesn´t work because when ip phones can not reach CUCM, they don´t get registered with SRST routers. TAC told me that HA SRST - HSRP don´t work  with IOS 15.They gave me no an alternate solution. How can i solve this problem?

The way I get around this and use both gateways is to configure two device pools and two SRST References.  Then I use a VoIP Dialpeer between the gateways.  Then I split the phones up between the two different Device Pools.  It's not technically HA, but it does provide a solution to use both Gateways.
