Hard limits on CSS etc?

Hello everyone,

In CUCM 8.x is ther a limit on the number of CSSs, partitions etc that can be configured?  For example, in a multi-tenant environment were you are hosting the phone service for multiple customers and you only want the customers to be able to talk to other phones internally within their own CSS is there a limit on how many tenants you would be able to support?

No limit in the amount of either of them.

The limit is that each CSS can only have 512 characters, which are based on the name of the partition.

Together the line and device CSS cannot exceed 1024 characters for the full clause.

CUCM is really never aware of tenants, you need to follow the HW and other guidelines and as long as you're within the limitations it will be fine.
