Hard Reset 7911G

Hello,

 I have some 7911G that had been soft reset and some that have been hard resetted.

I was wondering if theres any way to flash the phone's firmware again cause I do not have CUCM and I do not know how to redirect it to a third party tftp server since i can't access the settings.

Hope this is the right place to post

That is what DHCP Option 150 is for.
