Hardware Based PRI monitoring

Is there any such device which does Hardware based PRI moniroring ? The idea is that PRI cable is not inserted into the Voice gateway etc but into that specific device and then from that device to the voice gateway .

PRI LINE ----> MONITORING DEVICE -------> VOICE GATEWAY ------> Internal network

As far as I know Cisco has none.
