Hardware Compatiblity

Dear Guys,

Suggest the upgrade path for below requirements,,,,,as we know UCS C200 is obsolete....should i need to replace the hardware?

when i review the compatibility matrix h/w supported...

How can i do a upgrade ,,,,what are the application need to be upgrdaded?

H/W- UCS C200 M2VCD

Applications : CUCM VER 8.6.2.20000-2(Pub & Sub)

                       Unity Con Ver 8.6.2.20000-76(Pub & Sub)

                       CUPS  ver 8.6.3 10000-20(Pub & Sub)
