Hardware Conference doesn`t work in cme.

Hi all,

am having cisco 2921 with PVDM3-32U64, 2 fxo, 1 fxs and 1 E1 cards. Meet me conferece can`t be initiated. it shows in the phone cannot complete conference

It allow me to do maximum session 1 for conferece and max session 5 for transcoding. the config is :

No, I havent try it yet. I`ll try and i`ll update you.

Do you mean restore the factory default for the cue and install again the CUE ios software with language package.?

Nope, just the following:

NME-CUE# offline

NME-CUE(offline)# restore factory default

Check the licenses and try the the CUE initialization wizard.

Hi my friend again, Mr, Harmit and hope you are in a good health.

I solved the problem, the issue was in the username command under the ephone. the username was typed with a space between the two words. eg. James Bond i updated to JamesBond or James-Bond,

Hi Mr. Harmit again,

I `ve another issue if you dont mind, the license i ordered with my 2921 is for 25 users. only 21 ip phone is working and any other phone(7931)is connected  it shows upgrading on its screen and continues like that.

Is the license get installed in the router by default from cisco. ?/?

I would like to inform you too that one from the ip phone was working normally, after it is reseted it keep showing the upgrading on the screen.?

Is it the issue relates to the issue, or something else.?

Calls between two phones are not conferenced. Its a. Simple direct call. Conferencing starts when you have 3 or more parties on a call.

No, you only hear a ring even when the user is busy unless you set your busy trigger to 1, you get a busy tone. There is no other prompt.
