Hardware not supported

I´m trying to install a CUCM 6.1.4 in a MCS7845I3-K9-CMC2 V02, but appears this error message:

Critical Error:

The hardware you are using is not supported for this product. Installation will now halt.

What could be the problem?

According to the supported servers by release document the 7845I3 wasn't supported until 6.1(5) or 7.1(3). You need to use a newer software version.
