Has anyone successfully created a SIP trunk to firstname.lastname@example.org in CUCM?
I have tested with a non-cisco sip client to ensure it’s not a firewall issue, but CUCM seems to only want to trunk to an IP address. Any ideas how to trunk to email@example.com:5060 in CUCM? I'm running 7.15.
As what you are referring to is a destination, using SIP trunk to itslenny.com wouldn't work. You need to setup a trunk from an ISP and use firstname.lastname@example.org as the destination. If you don't have a SIP trunk, you need to route calls using a DID.
