We have users who moved to Windows 10 on Lenovo laptops using CIPC 8.6.6.0. with a wireless
Jabra Evolve 65 Bluetooth Headset who are experiencing issues with not being able to hear or speak to callers. When the issue occurs, a reboot of the pc will fix the issue temporarily but after a short time it comes back.
We did not see the issue while o Windows 7, it seem the move to Windows 10 may have something to do with it?
We tried moving to CIPC 8.6.6.1 but still having the same issue.
Has anyone seen of this issue?
