Hearing other conversations during calls

Hi,

A user of a 7821 currently hears conversations from another person other than the call the user is on. What are possible reasons this might be happening?

Interesting I would recommend the next time it happening taking pcap and using wireshark to play it back.

Free call barging..Is the issue happens with only this user or most of the users? E1/T1 trunk ? What protocol is configured for signaling? Is there any ACD in place?
