We purchased a Cisco 562 wireless headset and are using it with a Cisco 7945 IP phone. We have tried multiple configuration settings but the user cannot hear the phone ring through the headset if they have stepped away from their desk phone. Everything else works great. What setting are we missing?
I did apply the latest firmware of 12-5-1SR3-74 and this did not correct the problem. Cisco has confirmed that it is a known bug. Thanks anyways!

Has anyone been given a work around or any insight to when this will be fixed? The latest firmware 1.5.1 was supposed to correct the issue according to it's release notes but after applying it the same issue persists.
Once I get the serial numbers from ops we will open TAC cases but figured I'd check the community forum's in the mean time.
