HELP IN Mediasense upgrade

Dears,

I'm About to upgrade our Mediasense server from 9.X to 10.X

I need your help guys in this like the Refresh Upgrade COP file how can i get it also is it the same sequence as upgrading Normal CUCM

Also Can i rollback if anything happened

Thanks Manish,

The upgrade has been done successfully the the CM Administration shows 10.5 but the Search and Play shows 9.1 ??? any explination for that
