Help listing components for SRST

Hello folks,

Imagine I need to make a 2911 and 2921 ISR G2 routers support emergency phone calls on branches with up to 34 people. Assume data center has functional CUCM 8.5. Branch offices are connected to data center via MPLS. 5 POTS line available in the branch offices.

Can someone help list all components below to intall SRST on the 2911 or 2921 ISR routers:

How about the Network Module  I need for this?

Apart from Licenses, there is nothing you need. Whether network module is needed or not depends upon which type of connectivity you have to PSTN in branch offices.
