Hello I have a confusion.
Suppose there is user A with ip phone and mobile phone..if he call from his desk phone to mobile phone, call is routing..but now user B calling from his ip phone to user A's ip phone. He forwarded calls to his mobile phone.but call is not routing...now getting an error as route list exhausted...so what is this error?? What is the solution for this?? I think there is some issue with route list configuration... Please help me

User A has CallForwardAll configured to his mobile device? Do you have the correct Calling Search Space applied to the Forward All CSS setting on User A's directory number (device -> phone -> User A -> Line X -> Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings -> Forward All -> CSS dropdown).

Do a DNA in CM to see the call path the CF takes and what is being sent as called and calling number to the voice gateway. Then depending on type of integration with PSTN do the needed debug in the VGW to see what happens to the call, if it's being sent to service provider what do they respond back to you?
