Is there a way to add type of sip phones knowing that they are not exite in router 2800

If you don't want to ask how can I do sip configuration with 7960
I've tried a lot but it doesn't work

Not in any other way than to update the version of IOS as CME is a part of that. I doubt that there are version(s) available on this old platform for these new models of phones.

A 7960 is natively a SCCP based phone, so it would likely be a little easier to set it up as such instead of using SIP. For this there are very good documentation available on cisco.com.

- est-qu'ilya un possibilite de configurer les telephones sip sur ce
routeur 2800

- comment ajouter les types des telephones 3905 et 8841 sur
le pool puisque n'existe pas

I have already answered your question. Any available phone models depends on the version of CME that you have and that in turn depends upon the version of IOS you have. As your router model is end of everything there is an endpoint of what models of phones that you can configure. If it’s not selectively in the configuration you cannot configure it.
