Hi,
Here is the requirement. When an Inbound call comes to a particular DID (1234) . The Number should prompt for the access code , once the code is entered it should reach the DID(1234). How can i set-up this?

There is no built-in feature to do what you're asking on any of what you mention, your options would be to build a TCL script or use UCCX/UCCE.

Is there any suggestion we can provide other than going for TCL Script in UCCX/UCCE.

Just for clarification, TCL scripts are configured in the GW.
