HELP: Unity Issue after rebuild...

I'm putting this out there for a collegue of mine working on a Unity issue.

Unity 4.0(5) stand-alone, rebuilt after system crash. Calls to Unity OG succeed, but transfers seem to fail. Callers enter and extension at the OG, then hear a series of three slow beeps. Port trace show calls transfers, subscriber greeting plays, and recording begins, but the caller still just hears the series of three beeps, a pause, three more beeps, etc...

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Just a follow-up if anyone ever runs into this. This was a CME integration and the SE missed checking the box for CME in the TSP configuration.
