HELP with cisco IP Phone 7940 SIP to SCCP

I need some help getting from SIP to SCCP i setup my tftp with sccp files but its not installing it on the phone

i have p0s3-8-12-00 on my phone

Are you using any call control server, CUCM/CUCME or TFTP server?

I tryed getting CUCM to work but it keeps stoping at configure and setup network saying

Default gateway name/address is invalid or gateway is not responding

dont know what to do i have TFTP
