Running UCM 11.5, LDAP integrated with AD.
I have a handful of end users who have access to PhoneAdministration permissions group so that they can add/modify/delete phones etc. Works fine.
I tried to add the same roles/privileges to another user and they are unable to login to ccmadmin page. They are able to login to ccmuser page so I know it is not a password issue. I re-synched LDAP to no avail.
I compared this to known working users and she is identical. I am baffled as this is a simple change that is not working.
Any other troubleshooting steps or ideas to consider?

If you look at CUCM > User Management > End User > this user, they have the same groups/roles as a working user?

So, did you use the built in standard ccm phone administration ACG?? or did you create a new one?

I used the standard phoneadmin role. Not sure why it didn't work. I got around this by using the superuser.
