hide "fake" numbers of AC

Dear all,

I'm trying to hide the "fake" numbers I am using with the attendant console.

my pilot point is 5000 and then it goes to 7000,7001 or 7002. I don't want that the users see these numbers, I want them to see 5000

I'm running callamanger 4.2.

any suggestions?

Hi Gerard

You could configure the line text label for each phone with 5000 and Put the main incoming number in the external number mask field. Now all each AC user would see is 5000 by the line button and at the top of the phone the main incoming number.

what I meant is that I don't want that users see the fake numbers of the AC. I want to force users to use the AC Pilot number (5000)
