hissing sound

Hi

when the call is going to the PSTN , I  can listen hissing sound .

But if it is internl calls no issues .

Not experiencing the problem with all the phone

What is your PSTN termination ? FXO/PRI/BRI ? What is the gateway and the code it is running ?
