Ho to check configuration change into UCM...

I,

we need a information about UCM "log" settings, so,

there is a way to check if occours some/any configuration change for a particular Phone and/or DN?

Exist a specific log file that store all DN configuration done by user (for example forward)

or by admin (any admin's task done at this phone-DN)? 

Our UCM version was 11.0.
