We have locations that can enable or disable holiday mode from a hard phone when needed. Recently one location standards pin is prompting locked out. All users call into the direct line and go through the same steps. Can someone please refer me in which pin I can reset? I don't see any lockouts in CUCM or Unity at this time. Thank you for your help.
How exactly are they enabling the Holiday mode? Are they calling into a number or accessing vm and hitting a button to access the greeting administrator? If so they would be prompted to the number of the system call handler there user id and pin. So I would start with that user id that is a greetings administrator
