Hello,
We upgraded to 12.5 call manager and now our cisco 7941 phones says host not found after choosing corporate directory. I erased the ITL file on one phone but still same issue. Any suggestions what can be causing this issue?

Enterprise Parameters, is it using IP for URI ?
under System->Server is it IP ?
Try Restart the Cisco Trust Verification Service.
