All,
I have been trying to get a Hot Dial phone set up for several weeks know and it has yet to function correctly.
I have a old 7906 that sits on a wall out side a secure area that is supposed to ring into the security desk when it is picked up.
We have the most current call manager and I believe I have it set up correctly but it will not work.
SO, does anyone have instructions on how I would set this up. I wan to compare the 2 instructions and see what I am doing wrong.
Any help you can give is appreciated

What protocol do you have on the phone?

Basis on the protocol you are using there for 7906, configuration will differ. Refer below document and review your configuration
