Hot line confiuration from inernal to outside (PSTN)

Dear Friends,

 There is a request, a hotline facility for outside PSTN phones should be configured from an internal extension.
Although I have configured many hotlines within the company, this request is different.

There are doubts in my mind
1. Can a hotline be made to call outside (PSTN)?
2. Is there an auto dial facility (it should dial the outside number as soon as the receiver takes the call)?

There is no difference in configuring a PLAR for an external number completed to an internal. About your second question I’m not sure if I understand what exactly you’re asking about. Would you please care to elaborate?
