Hi Shambu,
What protocol have you enabled on the 2901 gateway? - if it is SCCP then you can configure the hotline in the same way as you would for a normal IP phone - see doc below:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/47601-config-hotdial.html
If you are using H.323 it is a bit more complex but the config below should get you started.
voice-port 0/0/1
connection plar 1234
description Hotline Phone
!
dial-peer voice 1234 voip
description Hotline PLAR
destination-pattern 1234
session target ipv4:ip-addr-of-cucm
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
codec g711ulaw

Thanks James for your prompt responce.
I am enabled SIP on VG so in that case, same configuration will apply in SIP also?
Also in CUCM side, what configuration i have to do?

For SIP you just need to add the command session protocol sipv2 to the dial peer configuration.
There should not be any config needed on CUCM unless you want to be able to dial the hotline phone in which case add a Route Pattern with a destination pointing to the SIP gateway
