Hello gents.
Need help. There is crytical licence left at my CUCM 8.6.2.23900-10.
So i need to clean up some from more than 3.000.
Cisco 7941 IP Phone takes 4 licence for 1 phone.
I need to find 7941 which not in use any more but at CUCM and clean licence.
May be not only 7941.
Any helpful ideas friends ?

Hi,
you can download the complete details of 7941 using Bulk Administration ---Phones --Export phones --All details .
select the Device Type as 7941 and Run Immediately. from the Job scheduler , click on Job Id and download the file under Export File Name . Open Excel ---clcik on Data---From Text and export the file and save it in excel.
This is to keep track of 7941 IP phones configured on Call Manager.
Yo can select the 7941 model phone using Device----Phone ----Device Type and check for Unknown /Unregistered phones and delete them and update in excel sheet.
Accordingly from the Saved excel file ,check for Directory Numbers and delete them from Call Routing---Route Plan Report ---Unassigned DNs[look from the excel sheet ].

If you have Primer License Manager you need to run the update for the changes take place.
And yes, unfortunatelly will be one by one in CUCM and Unity.
