How can I set the number of digits for Call Transfer in CUCM?

Hi guys,

I've just installed a 9.1 CUCM and I can´t get the phones (6921) to Trnsfer calls of 4 digit DNs. I can just get to transfer 3 digit numbers. Where can I change this? I haven't found the option yet.

Thanks in advance!

There's no such option, you just use the same CSS as the line/device has when making a transfer.

Thank you for yor answer Jaime.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong on this particular cucm set up. The thing is that I can transfer the call with 3 digits, but I can´t do it with 4 digits. I don´t see how the CSS can affect that (I´m using the appropiate CSS).

Hi

I suspect overlapping dial plan. Do you have overlapping dial plan.

What does DNA shous result for the 4 digit number.

Thanks so much for your answers Jaime and Ronak.

I´ve finally figure it out. I had one phone with the wrong CSS (I guess I overlooked at this huge detail and assumed I had it well configured).
