how do i configure third party sip on a 7821 3pcc

I have just got a 3pcc 7821 Cisco phone and I am trying to use it with yay.com it has not worked and i have tried to update it and no luck I have put the sip URL in (talk.yay.com) and the user and auth ids are the sip id and password the sip password it is running

Hi

 Double check two things. First check with the Phone have IP, gateway and DNS server  in place. Second, check if talk.yay.com have to permit something like your Phone Mac adrress or whatever they use to control.

i have chected and you dont need to permit a mac adress and it has the dns 8.8.8.8 and has a gateway

What does the phones log show for the registering process? What is exactly "no luck"? Does it register but calls do not work? Is it not registering?

when i click submit it aplys the config but i can not dial out and my name and ext dont show
