I have a CUCM Server installed in a UCS C200. UCS it is connected to the LAN. Someone has given me a E1 connection (two RJ45 - Coaxial) for communication to the Telephony Central.
Where should I have to connect this E1 to the CUCM?

If you're asking about a voice E1 you do not connect anything into CUCM, you need an ISR with an E1 card and PVDMs.

Ok. you are saying that I must have a Router ISR with a wic E1 in the same LAN that the CUCM and then. What do I have to configure in both for to UP the Calling to Outside????

Completely depends on what protocol you want to use.
There are guides for both MGCP and H323 on CCO.

In this case I'd like to use H323. But I do not what is CCO? What's the link?
Are there some useful PDFs for this request?
Thank you in advanced.

CCO = www.cisco.com
There are plenty more links on CCO if you take some time to search.

Carlos:
As javalenc mentioned you will need a Cisco ISR with the following cards:
- E1 vwic
- PVDM memory: sizing depending on the codec used and the amount of simultaneus call needed in the E1 - (Max 30)
For the E1 you will need to find our some info from the other side:
- Framing
- Linecode
- Time slots
- Clock source
If you want to avoid to use an ISR you can use a E1 gateway with a SIP trunk to the CUCM.
