How Dose ViewMail for Lotus Notes work

I would like to know how ViewMail for Lotus Notes works. Question:  Dose Unity Connect send a text or wave file in the Lotus Notes folder. How do the users receives or retrieves their messages. Is the voice message sent to their Lotus Notes.

Hi Burney,

When using ViewMail for Notes new messages are sent as .wav file attachments to

a seperate Lotus Notes folder
